The Perfect Goodbye - $495
Chosen by 95% of our clients the Perfect Goodbye option offers at home euthanasia with added time and personal touches to honour your pet's memory.
Alongside the three-step euthanasia process (sedation, general anaesthetic, euthanasia via anaesthetic), this plan extends our service radius to 40 km from the city and includes a 60-minute appointment.
Post-euthanasia, we offer flowers, a floating candle, and music to create a soothing atmosphere, along with a personalised card and a Client Comfort pack for the family.
Photographs of your pet before and after the service can be taken with or without family members present.
If needed, this plan also covers the transfer to the cremation vehicle, ensuring a seamless and compassionate farewell.

No Fuss - $395
Our No Fuss option offers a straightforward and dignified at-home euthanasia service, ensuring a peaceful farewell for your pet.
This plan includes a three-step euthanasia process: sedation, general anaesthetic, and euthanasia via anaesthetic, designed to ensure a gentle passing.
We provide this service within a 10 km radius from the city, with appointments lasting 30 minutes.
This no-fuss option is ideal for those seeking a respectful and serene goodbye for their beloved pet.

Additional Time Policy
We understand that saying goodbye is deeply personal and sometimes takes longer than expected. Our Essential At-Home Euthanasia service includes a 30-minute appointment, which is usually enough time for a calm and unhurried farewell and our Perfect Goodbye option allows a full 60 minutes for a more personalised, thoughtful, and spacious goodbye with your pet.
If, however, we are unable to begin the process on arrival or additional time is needed beyond the allocated 30/60 minutes (e.g. to prepare, gather family, or allow more time for farewells), we will do our best to accommodate this where possible. In such cases, a surcharge of $40 per additional 15-minute block will apply.
